Sweet Grilled Chicken Breast with Sriracha Sauce

There will come a time when a bodybuilder or one who is on a diet will miss fried food. We came up with a recipe to satisfy that craving without having the guilty feeling of ruining your diet. The sweet grilled chicken breast with sriracha sauce is healthy, nutritious and just feels like you ordered it at bar with friends. Satisfaction guaranteed.

Here is how it is made.





2 cloves garlic- crushed

1 tbsp. extra-virgin olive oil

3 chicken breasts

1 tbsp. Sriracha sauce or your favourite hot sauce

1 tbsp. honey

1 tbsp. soy sauce

1 tbsp. lime juice

1 tbsp. dried rosemary

1 tsp. smoked paprika

1 small onion, finely chopped




Mix all the ingredients to form a marinade. Pour the sauce into a ziplock bag and add the chicken breasts. Shake the bag to coat the breasts with the sauce and marinate for at least one hour. Prepare the grill. Pick each breast using a tongue or a fork in order to prevent having extra sauce on the chicken. Grill each side for 5 minutes until its perfectly grilled and thoroughly cooked. Enjoy with your favourite dipping sauce or a freshly prepared salsa.
