3 strawberries (cut into circles)
2 tbsp. chopped grapes
1 tbsp. pumpkin seed
2 tbsp. low fat cottage cheese
4 halves pecan
4tbsp balsamic vinegar
1 tbsp. mustard
1 tsp. virgin olive oil
1 tbsp. honey
1/8 tsp. garlic powder Salt pepper
Easy! Serve your salad ingredients in a bowl and garnish. Mix all the dressing ingredients and pour on top the salad or serve on the side.
